During Emerald’s 10+-year career, she has been coined the ultimate executor for her strong ability to produce intended results in an efficient and progressive fashion. She is regarded as a competent leader prepared to surpass all expectations. Emerald holds a Masters in Civil Engineering from Kennesaw State University, Southern Polytechnic School of Engineering and multiple engineering professional certifications. She has designed and oversaw the construction of various mid/high rises, homes, stadiums, and highways/bridges throughout Georgia. Emerald has provided engineering and construction consulting services as a Program Management Consultant for tens of billions of dollars in projects and programs.
She is a graduate of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC Georgia) Future Leader Development Program, Class of 2018. Emerald was recently selected as one of the 2024, 35 Under 35 Women to Know in Georgia Engineering by ACEC Georgia’s 100 Most Influential Women in Engineering Committee. In addition to engineering, Emerald is also a licensed Realtor in the state of Georgia proving residential and commercial services. Understanding the ins and outs of design and ground up construction, puts Emerald at an advantage to better represent her clients and provide them peace of mind that their home or business property is built efficiently.
Emerald’s passion for serving, promotes her servant leadership abilities. Emerald annually volunteers for ACEC’s Georgia, Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day, as well as the annual STEM Day event. She annually participates as a judge for the DiscoverE annual Future City Planning competition, where she able to motivate and provide sound engineering judgment of the cities for our next generation of engineers.
